Terms & Conditions

Bond Business Services work to a 100% satisfaction policy and therefore require no payments upfront unless agreed at the initial consultation.

For initial site design, payment is required on completion of design and prior to upload, including maintenance packages if required. After initial 1 year period renewals can be offered with credit terms if required.

Copyright of site content

All site content remains copyright to the company the site was designed for, including any elements designed by Bond Business Services for use within the site. If you wish to re-use, copy or re-print ANY information, from either Bond Business Services site, or a site designed by them, please contact Bond Business Services who will either give direct permission, or seek permision on your behalf.

Ownership of Sites

Ownership of sites and content designed by Bond Business Services is maintained by the company the site is designed for.

Layout, coding, and design remains under Bond Business Services copyright.

Should a company wish to cease using Bond Business Services in favour of another company ALL content is theirs, and will be passed on by Bond Business Services to whom ever they request, BUT the design of the site, layout etc is released at the discretion of Bond Business Services, for which there may be a charge.

There is no additional charge for the moving of domain names or hosting accounts, other than re-charge of any costs incurred by Bond Business Services in doing so.
